Sausage Skillet Dinner Recipe

Sausage Skillet Dinner
A one-dish wonder!
Don't you LOVE it when you only need ONE dish, or in this case a SKILLET,
to create a good meal?
This is a super-tasty meal that my family LOVES.
No leftovers here.
My mom shared it with me a few years ago & I've made it several times for friends who go on to make it themselves...over & over & over again.

Ingredients
2 - 15oz Cans French Style Green Beans - Do not drain
*note: you can use regular cut beans also - my kids actually prefer them that way
1 Medium Onion - Chopped
1 - 14-16 oz Smoked Sausage - cut into bite size pieces
1 Tbsp Butter or margarine
1 tsp Garlic Salt
Dash of Pepper
4 Medium Potatoes

Directions
Cut sausage into bite size pieces.
Grease a large skillet & Brown the sausage.
In the meantime, cook the potatoes (unpeeled) in microwave - about 5-10 minutes - will be firm when done.
Add chopped onions, butter, garlic salt & pepper to the sausage.
Add green beans, cover & saute for 5 minutes.
By this time the potatoes should be done cooking in the microwave. Cut them into bite size pieces.
Toss with rest of food in the skillet.
Cover & let simmer for 5 more minutes.
Serves 5-6.

Enjoy!!
Smells & tastes YUMMY!
