Peanut Butter Brownies - Layered Yumminess!
Is it making you hungry?
Here is how it happened:
1 - bag PB Cookie mix
1 - Betty Crocker 8x8 Brownie mix
Hot Fudge & Ice Cream for later
Mix cookies according to package directions & spread in the bottom of an 9x13 greased glass pan.
Mix the brownies according to the box mix. Then spread over the top of the cookie mixture.
Bake 375 for 35 minutes.
Cut into squares - layer two on top of each other - top with one or two scoops of your favorite ice cream - then spoon warmed hot fudge over the top.
The combo was perfect - salty PB - cold Ice Cream - moist warm brownie - dry crumbly PB cookie- YUMMY!! I've also tried this with choc chip cookies and it is equally good!
