Grapevine Fabric Wreath - A Dollar Store Craft

This is such a simple craft that would make a great Mom's Day Gift!!

I found these grapevine wreaths at Dollar Tree for $1.00 each - they had 3 different sizes.  I chose the largest for the pink/brown and the middle size for the teal/navy.

I cut 2 strips of fabric three foot long and 2 inches wide.  Then I secured one end at an angle where I wanted to start covering the wreath - hot glued the raw edge under and wrapped upward.  Then did the same with the second piece of fabric overlapping the first and securing with hot glue.

Here is Julie's Tutorial for the Prickly Posie - these are the flowers you see on the wreath.  Again I simply hot glued the flower to the wrapped fabric.  This was super simple!!  Even my kids got in on the action cutting the circles for the flowers and then trimming the tips.  I use a low-temp glue gun so my kids even help with that part!

This would be a great Mother's Day Craft!

For $1.00 you can give a special Mom a really special made-by-you gift she can display all summer long (these flower won't wilt).

Don't forget to comment/like a post (on here or Facebook)this week for a chance to win the Navy/Teal wreath pictured above!  Made-by-me just for you!
